(WNY News Now) – On October 7, 2023, a Tampa, Florida man was arrested by Troopers from SP Boston for Driving While Intoxicated.
Boston – During a routine traffic stop on State Route 219 in the town of Boston, Nicholas A. Denmon allegedly displayed noticeable signs of impairment. After conducting standardized field sobriety tests, Troopers concluded that Denmon had allegedly been operating a vehicle while under the influence. Subsequent testing at SP Boston revealed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.11%.
Following his arrest, Denmon was issued appearance tickets for the town of Boston court, where he will be required to appear on a later date.
