(WNY News Now) – A 47-year-old resident of Bradford, was apprehended in Allegany, NY, on an arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident. He faces charges of Unlawful Dissemination of a private image and a stay-away order of protection has been granted.
Allegany – On October 14, 2023, Jason Turek, 47, of Bradford, PA, was taken into custody pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Allegany Court. The arrest followed a domestic incident in the same town. Turek has been charged with Unlawful Dissemination of a private image. After being arraigned, a stay-away order of protection was implemented to safeguard the victim.
Turek has been released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on a later date. The authorities have not disclosed further details about the case.
