(WNY News Now) – A 62-year-old resident of Williamsville, NY, was apprehended by Troopers from SP Clarence on charges of Driving While Intoxicated.
Clarence – During a routine traffic stop along Transit Road in Clarence, Robert J. Briceland, 62, allegedly displayed signs of impairment, prompting the Troopers to conduct standardized field sobriety tests. The results indicated that Briceland had allegedly been operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Following the assessment, he was taken into custody and transported to SP Clarence, where a chemical breath test recorded a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.15%.
Subsequently, Briceland was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where he is scheduled to appear at a later date.
