(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old Buffalo, NY resident, was arrested in Salamanca on 10/14/2023, following an unrelated encounter with local law enforcement.
Salamanca – In an incident occurring at approximately 12:10 PM on October 14, 2023, Zachary F. McMahon, aged 29 and hailing from Buffalo, NY, was taken into custody by the City of Salamanca Police Department. The arrest came as a result of an encounter unrelated to the subsequent charges filed against him.
Upon investigation, authorities uncovered an active bench warrant issued by the Town of Redhouse Court for McMahon’s arrest. Following the arrest, McMahon was presented before the City of Salamanca Court, where he received the decision to be remanded to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where he now awaits his scheduled court date for October 27, 2023.
