(WNY News Now) – A disturbance on Bush Rd in Clymer, NY, on October 19, 2023, resulted in the arrest of a 49-year-old female, who now faces charges of Harassment in the 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
Clymer – Deputies were dispatched to an address on Bush Rd, Clymer, NY, at 11:32 pm on October 19, 2023, in response to a report of a disorderly female. Upon investigation, it was established that Kristie J. Luden had allegedly caused damage to property within the residence and had also used force against another individual during the incident.
As a result of these findings, Kristie J. Luden was taken into custody and subsequently transported to Chautauqua County Jail, where she awaits centralized arraignment for the aforementioned charges. The charges include Harassment in the 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.
