(WNY News Now) – On October 22, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation stationed at SP Clarence arrested an Evans, NY resident for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony).
Town of Evans – The Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of State Police Clarence with the assistance from the Troop A Computer Crimes Unit, conducted an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation in the town of Evans. The investigation alleged Tyler A. Codd, 24 of Evans, NY possessed child pornography.
Codd issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Evans Court for November 2023.
