Machias Resident Pleads Not Guilty to Endangering Incompetent Person


(WNY News Now) – A Machias, New York woman has entered a plea of not guilty to charges of endangering the welfare of an incompetent person. The incident allegedly took place between July 2022 and March 2023 in the Town of Machias.

Machias – Donna M. Beaudry, 40, a resident of Machias, New York, born on December 14, 1983, pleaded not guilty to a charge of endangering the welfare of an incompetent person. The incident is said to have occurred between July 2022 and March 2023 in the Town of Machias. Beaudry is accused of knowingly acting in a manner that posed a threat to the physical, mental, or moral welfare of an individual who is incapable of self-care due to a physical disability, mental disease, or defect.

The case has been adjourned to allow for motions and further legal proceedings.
