
(WNY News Now) – A South Dayton, New York resident entered a plea of not guilty to charges of Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny. The incident, which took place around July 29, 2022, in the Town of South Valley.
South Valley – Robert Hornburg, 60, a South Dayton, New York resident, pleaded not guilty to charges of Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny in a recent court appearance. Hornburg faces these charges related to an incident that occurred around July 29, 2022, in the Town of South Valley.
The indictment alleges that Hornburg knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a building with the intent to commit a crime therein and stole property during the incident. He entered his plea of not guilty during the court proceedings.
The legal matter is now adjourned for motions.
