(WNY News Now) – A 37-year-old Jamestown man faces Criminal Contempt charges following a domestic dispute where he allegedly violated a valid stay-away order of protection.
Jamestown – Jermaine Holloman, 37, was apprehended by the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon on the evening of November 14, 2023. Responding to a domestic dispute on the Westside of the city, officers allegedly discovered Holloman in direct violation of a valid stay-away order of protection. The order pertained to a 12-year-old male victim, with whom Holloman was found in the same residence.
The authorities promptly arrested Holloman and transported him to the Jamestown City Jail, where he is currently held pending arraignment. The charge levied against him is Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.
