(WNY News Now) – An Olean man has been sentenced to five years’ probation for convictions related to Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the Second Degree.

Olean – Terry Hurd has received a five-year probationary sentence for his involvement in an incident on or about December 13, 2022. The charges against Hurd include Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Vehicle in the Second Degree. The incident took place in the city of Olean, where Hurd operated a vehicle on a public highway in an intoxicated state. Moreover, he knew or had reason to believe that his driver’s license was either revoked or suspended at the time of the offense.
