(WNY News Now) – A 34-year-old Coldspring man was apprehended on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree assault (two counts), and endangering the welfare of a child after an unwelcome guest report at 523 South Loop Road, Coldspring.

Town of Coldspring – In a recent incident at 523 South Loop Road, Coldspring, Andrew C. Skye, 34, was arrested for second-degree burglary and assault charges. Responding to a report of an unwanted guest, authorities discovered that Skye had forcibly entered the residence, subsequently assaulting two individuals inside. Skye faces two counts of third-degree assault, in addition to endangering the welfare of a child.

Following a thorough investigation, Skye was arraigned and is now held at the Cattaraugus County Jail.
