(WNY News Now) – A 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment in the second degree following an investigation into a domestic incident complaint.
Andrew S. Hodges, 37, has been taken into custody and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment in the second degree. The arrest stems from an inquiry prompted by a domestic incident complaint.
Authorities allege that Hodges slapped and pushed two victims, both under the age of 17, during the incident under investigation. The charges reflect the severity of the alleged actions and their potential impact on the welfare of the minors involved.
Following his arrest, Hodges was promptly transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for a Centralized Arraignment.
