(WNY News Now) – Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman has announced the unsealing of an indictment in Niagara County Court, charging 24-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, with the shooting death of Robert Miller on October 2, 2023, in Niagara Falls, NY.

Niagara Falls, NY – The indictment, revealed following an investigation by the Niagara Falls Police Department, accuses Matthew Glass, 24 of Murder in the Second Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Tampering with a Witness in the Third Degree.

In County Court, presided over by Judge John J. Ottaviano, Glass was arraigned and remanded to Niagara County Jail without bail. The next court date is scheduled for December 14th.
