(WNY News Now) – Yorkshire, N.Y. – A Buffalo, New York, man has entered a guilty plea for attempted burglary in the third degree, acknowledging charges stemming from an incident on November 9, 2022, in the Town of Yorkshire. 

James Kenner’s guilty plea involves accusations of entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, including theft of property. The incident in the Town of Yorkshire unfolded as he recklessly engaged in conduct, posing a grave risk of death to another person.

Scheduled for February 5th, 2023, Kenner’s sentencing awaits a legal resolution for the charges.
