(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old resident of Jamestown, NY, was arrested on charges of DWI after a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Rt. 60 and Rt. 62 in the Town of Kiantone on November 30, 2023, around 8:44 PM.
Kiantone, N.Y. – Chautauqua County Sheriffs Deputies responded to the scene and found Daniel S. Wozniak, 29, involved in the accident. Subsequent investigation revealed that he was allegedly operating his vehicle while intoxicated. Wozniak was promptly taken into custody and later released with traffic tickets. The charges include DWI misdemeanor, aggravated DWI, and following too closely.
The case will be heard in the Town of Kiantone Court at a later date.
