    (WNY News Now) – A 55-year-old Ashville, NY, man was arrested by Lakewood-Busti Police on December 15, 2023, on charges of Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd.

    Lakewood, N.Y. – Lakewood-Busti Police apprehended Zachary C. Clark, 55, at 20 W Summit Ave., Lakewood, NY, on December 15, 2023, executing an active warrant. The charges filed against Clark include Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. After being taken into custody, Clark was transported to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department for processing.

    The case has been closed, and Clark was subsequently released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date. The nature of the incident and specific details leading to the arrest have not been disclosed.
