(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, N.Y. – In the early hours of December 17, 2023, a domestic dispute in Westside Jamestown resulted in the arrest of 45-year-old Jamestown woman facing charges of Assault 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Criminal Tampering 3rd.
Responding to a call at approximately 3:06 am, Jamestown Police Department’s Third Platoon arrived at a Westside address to address a domestic incident. Following an investigation, it was revealed that Amanda R. Griffin had allegedly physically assaulted the victim, causing injury. Griffin also allegedly vandalized a dresser belonging to the victim and, shockingly, threw a large bucket filled with human urine at them.
Griffin was promptly taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She now faces charges of Assault 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, and Criminal Tampering 3rd. Currently held in the City Jail, Griffin awaits arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
