(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, N.Y. – A 38-year-old female was arrested on December 16, 2023, at 9:52 pm on the East side of the City for charges including Harassment 2nd and Criminal Contempt 1st (2 counts).
Jennifer M. Allen was taken into custody by officers of the second platoon in response to an alleged harassment incident reported at an East side address on the night of December 16, 2023. An investigation revealed that Allen had allegedly assaulted the victim with a head-butt and made threats of violence. Subsequent findings indicated that there was a valid stay-away order of protection in place, barring Allen from contacting the victim.
Jennifer Allen left the scene but was swiftly located nearby and apprehended. She now faces charges of Harassment 2nd and Criminal Contempt 1st (2 counts). The Jamestown City Court has ordered her held pending arraignment. Allen has been transported to the Jamestown City Jail.
