(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua County – On December 12, 2023, at approximately 1:15 PM, a 40-year-old Buffalo, NY, man was taken into custody in Little Valley, NY, following his release from the Chautauqua County Jail.

Kacene D. Brathwaite, a Buffalo resident, found himself in police custody on December 12, 2023, around 1:15 PM at 301 Court St, Little Valley, NY, after being released from the Chautauqua County Jail. The arrest unfolded when authorities discovered an active warrant issued by the Town of Little Valley Court. Deputies promptly transported Brathwaite to the Town of Little Valley Court for arraignment, where he was subsequently released on his own recognizance.

The specific court date is yet to be determined.
