(WNY News Now) – Randolph, NY – In a noon incident on December 13, 2023, three juveniles aged 12 from Randolph, NY, were apprehended following an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office into a case of criminal mischief in the Town of Randolph.
Three juveniles, aged 12, residents of Randolph, NY, were arrested on December 13, 2023, at approximately 12:15 PM after the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office concluded an investigation into an alleged criminal mischief incident in the Town of Randolph. The juveniles, whose identities are protected due to their age, were charged with Criminal Mischief in the third and fourth degrees.
They have been issued appearance tickets to Cattaraugus County Family Court.
