(WNY News Now) – A 51-year-old Allegany man was sentenced for one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.

Allegany, NY – Allegany resident Michael Zarzecki has been sentenced to one year of conditional discharge and ordered to pay restitution following his conviction for one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. The incident occurred between September 2018 and October 2021 in Cattaraugus County, involving the theft of property exceeding fifty thousand dollars in value.
