(WNY News Now) – Lakewood, NY – A 37-year-old man from Ashville, was arrested on Friday, December 15th, 2023, around 4:00 pm, facing charges of Felony Criminal Sexual Act 1st and Criminal Sexual Act 3rd.
Jacob A. Feldt, a 37-year-old resident of Ashville, is facing serious charges of Felony Criminal Sexual Act 1st and Criminal Sexual Act 3rd, as reported following his arrest on Friday, December 15th, 2023, at approximately 4:00 pm. The arrest was carried out based on a warrant issued by the Town of Busti Court.

The charges stem from an alleged incident at a Lakewood business at the end of October, where Feldt is accused of engaging in sexual acts with a minor. Feldt voluntarily turned himself in on the issued warrants and has been remanded to the county jail pending further legal proceedings.
Feldt is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Busti Court on a later date to address the charges. Additionally, sources indicate that more charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.
