    (WNY News Now) – Salamanca, NY – In a recent court appearance a Cuba, New York, man pleaded not guilty to an indictment accusing him of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

    Mackenzie Green’s charges stem from an incident on February 16, 2023, in Salamanca, where he allegedly possessed a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

    The case has been adjourned for motions, and legal proceedings are underway.
