    (WNY News Now) – Lakewood, NY – A 21-year-old Jamestown man faces charges of petit larceny after being apprehended by Lakewood Busti Police at Wal-Mart on December 28, 2023.

    A routine check by a Lakewood Busti Police officer at Wal-Mart in Lakewood, NY led to the arrest of 21-year-old Damien R. Abrams for petit larceny. On December 28, 2023, at approximately 7:53 p.m., the officer observed Abrams allegedly stealing merchandise valued at $129.00. Subsequent investigation allegedly confirmed the theft, resulting in Abrams’ arrest.

    Abrams, a resident of Jamestown, New York, will face petit larceny charges in the Town of Busti Court.
