(WNY News Now) – Cattaraugus, NY – A 64-year-old Ellicottville, NY, man faces a multitude of charges, including Reckless Endangerment and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer, after a high-speed pursuit that jeopardized law enforcement and civilians.

Ellicottville resident Patrick Fuhr, 64, was arrested after a high-speed vehicle pursuit spanning from Pennsylvania to Cattaraugus County. Fuhr, arrested for alleged Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer, and Reckless Driving, narrowly avoided colliding with a deputy’s vehicle during the chase. Spike strips were deployed to apprehend Fuhr, who now faces charges under NY PL 120.25, 275.25, and NYVTL 1212,511(2A2),4024, 4011A, 3702, 1128A.

Remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail, Fuhr awaits further charges in this ongoing investigation.
