(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – On Jan. 5, 2024 at 6:06 pm, a 44-year-old resident, was arrested by Jamestown 2nd Platoon officers following a reported domestic dispute at a South Side address.

Responding to the scene, officers allegedly discovered Thomas J. Papaserge, 44, inside the residence, violating an order of protection. They promptly took him into custody, uncovering active warrants, including charges of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest, along with a Bench Warrant from City Court.

Papaserge is currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
