(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – A domestic dispute on the South Side took a legal turn as 25-year-old Jamestown resident faces charges of Criminal Mischief 4th, following an incident on January 3rd at approximately 5:55pm.

Jamestown Police 2nd Platoon responded to reports of an alleged domestic dispute at a South Side residence, where Nairobi Bautista was found to have allegedly broken a window during the altercation. The incident unfolded on the evening of January 3rd, prompting officers to take Bautista into custody and transport him to the Jamestown City Jail.

Bautista now stands charged with Criminal Mischief 4th and is currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. The charges stem from the alleged property damage caused during the domestic dispute.
