(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – Two Jamestown residents were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a routine traffic stop on Buffalo St. at 1:59 am on Jan 4, 2024.
Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s K-9 and Violent Crime Units apprehended Terry L. Kendall Jr., 33, and Dale R. Linkous Jr., 25, after observing their vehicle make an illegal left turn through a red light. Upon conducting a traffic stop, authorities discovered both occupants in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. The suspects, Terry L. Kendall Jr. and Dale R. Linkous Jr., were subsequently booked at Jamestown City Court but have since been released on an appearance ticket. The charges they face are for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
