(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In the early hours of Jan. 6, 2024, a domestic incident unfolded on the city’s west side, resulting in the arrest of a 22-year-old Jamestown man.
Responding to reports of a physical domestic dispute at approximately 2:20 am, Jamestown Police’s Violent Crime Unit and Third Platoon arrived at a Westside residence. Investigation revealed 22-year-old Chase S. Pellerino, allegedly intoxicated, had thrown and damaged numerous items during a domestic altercation with a female victim.
The 22-year-old now faces a charge of Felony Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. Held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court, Pellerino awaits further legal proceedings at the Jamestown City Jail.
