(WNY News Now) – Olean, NY – The Street Crimes Unit apprehended a 41-year-old Olean man on January 2nd, charging him with drug-related offenses after a Cattaraugus County Grand Jury issued a sealed indictment.
Corry C. Wymer, 41, was arrested on the 100 block of N. 9th St. The charges include Criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree and Criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd (B Felonies), as well as Criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree and Criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th degree (D Felonies).
After processing at the Olean Police Station, Wymer was transported to Cattaraugus County jail, where he awaits further court proceedings.
