(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – On Jan. 6, 2024 at 11:22 AM, Jamestown Police responded to a North Side address, discovering two residents violating active orders of protection against each other.

Officers, on a targeted domestic violence detail, took both into custody without incident. Rudy L. Ryen, 47, faces charges of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree due to a prior conviction, while Christina L. Dorman, 48, is charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree. The incident unfolded during a routine order of protection check, prompting their immediate arrest.

Held pending arraignment, both offenders were transported to Jamestown City Jail. The case is set to be heard in Jamestown City Court.
