(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY – In a swift operation at the South County Office Building on January 11, 2024, officers arrested a 36-year-old on charges of being a fugitive from justice.
Responding to a tip, the First Platoon officers confirmed a warrant from Erie County Sheriff’s Department, Pennsylvania, for Alicia J. Oscar’s alleged involvement in theft of retail and disorderly conduct. Without resistance, officers took her into custody and transferred her to Jamestown City Jail.
Currently held pending arraignment, Alicia faces the felony charge of Fugitive from Justice in Jamestown City Court.
