(WNY News Now) Jamestown, NY – In a joint operation, members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office Narcotics Investigators executed a search warrant at 618 Spring St. lower apt, resulting in the arrest of four individuals and the discovery of controlled substances.

On January 10, 2024, at 9:05 AM, law enforcement officials conducted a search at 618 Spring St. lower apartment, Jamestown. Wilfredo M. Castrillo (47), Morgan E. Ryder (26), David G. Santiago Jr. (24), and Charles T. Cummins (53) were arrested on charges including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd and 7th Degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.

Assisted by the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and Chautauqua County Sheriffs Office Narcotics Investigators allegedly discovered 5 grams of crack cocaine, fentanyl, powder cocaine, scales, and a small amount of cash within the secured residence. Subsequently, all three were charged accordingly.

The Jamestown Police Department received assistance from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Chautauqua County Emergency Services Tac Meds, Jamestown Fire Department, and the FBI. The accused individuals are currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court.
