(WNY News Now) – Chautauqua, NY – A 51-year-old male from West Seneca, NY, faces charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) after a traffic stop on Sea Lion Drive in the Town of Chautauqua.
On January 13, 2024, at approximately 12:14 am, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop, revealing Hart as the vehicle’s operator. Subsequent investigation led to allegations of Hart operating the vehicle under the influence, resulting in his arrest for DWI.
Hart was released with appearance tickets, scheduled to appear in the Town of Chautauqua court on a later date.
