(WNY News Now) – A 62 year old Kennedy man is facing charges after an investigation revealed his conduct resulted in serious injuries to a young child on 11/24/2023.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office investigated an incident where a young child suffered serious injuries on 11/24/2023. Clifford L. Hickok 2nd, residing on Waterboro Hill Rd, Kennedy NY, was found to have engaged in conduct leading to the child’s serious physical injuries requiring immediate medical attention. Hickok was arrested on 1/16/2024, charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and is scheduled to appear in Town of Poland Court at a later date. The Kennedy Fire Department assisted in this case.
