(WNY News Now) – Salamanca, NY – A 29-year-old Salamanca, NY, resident was apprehended on January 16, 2024, at 11:10 AM, following an encounter with the Salamanca Police Department unrelated to the warrant.
On January 16, 2024, at approximately 11:10 AM, Samuel Kettle, 29, a Salamanca resident, was arrested by the City of Salamanca Police Department. The arrest was made during an unrelated interaction with law enforcement. Subsequent investigation revealed an active warrant issued by the Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Mr. Kettle was promptly transported to the Cattaraugus County Family Court for arraignment. He has been remanded to the CCSO Jail, awaiting further court proceedings. The charges listed on the warrant include Family Court Act Violation (FCA-VO). The bail for his release has been set at $250.00.
