(WNY News Now) – A 27-year-old Jamestown woman is being held pending arraignment after assaulting two female victims at The Wine Cellar on N. Main St.
On January 20, 2024, at 12:56 AM, officers from Jamestown’s Third Platoon responded to The Wine Cellar for a reported fight turned assault. Brianna Mercado allegedly punched two female victims multiple times in the establishment’s bathroom, causing injury to one of them. Officers apprehended Mercado as she attempted to flee in a vehicle. Held pending arraignment, Mercado faces charges of Harassment 2nd and Assault 3rd in connection to the incident.
