(WNY News Now) – A 22 year old Ashville man is facing DWI charges following a traffic stop on Rt 394 in the Town of Chautauqua.
In the early hours of January 20, 2024, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop, identifying Robert A. Overton as the driver. A subsequent investigation revealed Overton was operating the vehicle under the influence. Overton was arrested for DWI and released with tickets for a future appearance in Chautauqua Town Court.
