(WNY News Now) – Hanover, NY – On Jan. 23, 2024 at 4:00 am, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported altercation in Hanover, NY.
Following an investigation, authorities determined that Nathan J. Hamm, 19, had allegedly assaulted two individuals and caused property damage. The incident took place in the Town of Hanover, leading to Hamm’s arrest. He is currently held at Chautauqua County Jail, awaiting a centralized arraignment. The charges include Assault 3rd Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree (2 counts), Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Menacing, and Petit Larceny. Hamm is scheduled to appear in Town of Hanover court at a later date. Further details may emerge as the case progresses.
