(WNY News Now) – Cuba, New York – A Cuba, New York, woman has entered a plea of not guilty to charges of Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny.
Estefan M. Sabastros, a resident of Cuba, New York, born on April 13, 1994, has pleaded not guilty to charges of Burglary in the Third Degree and Petit Larceny. The indictment alleges that on or about October 3, 2023, in the City of Salamanca, Sabastros knowingly entered a building unlawfully with the intent to commit a crime and stole property.
The proceedings have been adjourned for motions.
