(WNY News Now) – A 53 year old woman was arrested and charged with DWI after Ellicott Police observed her vehicle without headlights on Fairmount Ave, leading to a traffic stop.
Ellicott Police conducted a traffic stop on Fairmount Ave at 12:18 am on 01/14/2024, noticing a vehicle without headlights. The driver, identified as Hyla M Brinkley, 53, was arrested for DWI after further investigation. Brinkley was taken to the Town of Ellicott Police Department, where she received an appearance ticket.
