    (WNY News Now) – A Falconer, New York woman has been sentenced in Cattaraugus County Court for attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.

    Desiray Corrigan, a Falconer resident has received a nine-month sentence in Cattaraugus County Jail. The conviction stems from an incident on or about December 29, 2022, in the Town of Little Valley. Corrigan was found guilty of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, having knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with the intent to sell.
