(WNY News Now) – In a coordinated effort by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators, and allied agencies, a narcotics investigation led to the execution of search warrants at 850 Prendergast Avenue and 13 Crossman Street on January 24th, 2024, resulting in the arrest of two Jamestown, NY men.

At 6:08 am, the Jamestown Police Department SWAT Team, in collaboration with various agencies, secured the locations and apprehended suspects. Inside 850 Prendergast Avenue, investigators discovered 75 vials of fentanyl, 26 vials of cocaine, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine. Ramon L. Nieves Fagot faces multiple charges, including Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Simultaneously, a search at 13 Crossman Street led to the arrest of Jarvelle E. Leeper, with 4.9 grams of fentanyl seized. Both are held pending arraignment.

Assistance from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Dunkirk Police Department, Town of Ellicott Police Department, and emergency services underscored the successful operation.
