(WNY News Now) – An Ashford, NY, resident faces charges under Agriculture and Markets Law § 353 for allegedly overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals, along with failure to provide proper sustenance.
Lateef Ghani was apprehended after an investigation allegedly revealed neglect towards a domesticated animal, leading to charges under Agriculture and Markets Law § 353. The incident occurred at 10517 Fritz Rd, Ashford, prompting Ghani’s arrest. Following due process, Ghani was released on an appearance ticket, with a scheduled appearance in Ashford Town Court on a later date.
The charges involve overdriving, torturing, and injuring animals, as well as failure to ensure proper sustenance.
