(WNY News Now) – WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Nick Langworthy (NY-23) issued the following statement after President Biden’s announcement that he will be pausing all pending approvals of Liquefied Natural Gas exports:
“President Biden’s decision to pause Liquefied Natural Gas exports is a continuation of his America-last agenda to score points with the radical left at the expense of the American people,” said Congressman Langworthy. “This decision will cripple our economy by killing good-paying jobs, driving up home energy costs for hardworking families, and hurting American businesses. It also risks our national security and empowers our adversaries like China, Russia, and Iran. The President cannot continue to push out-of-touch Green New Deal policies that prioritize his own political interests over the well-being of our nation.”
