    (WNY News Now) – A 31 year old Jamestown man was apprehended on January 26, 2024, by Lakewood-Busti Police Department following an incident at Wal-Mart on January 20, 2024.

    On January 26th, 2024, Zachary A. Miller, 31, was arrested for petit larceny at Lakewood’s Wal-Mart on January 20, 2024. He allegedly took items without payment, passing all points of sale. Miller was taken into custody on January 26, 2024, based on an active warrant. After processing at the Lakewood-Busti Police Department, he was released with an appearance ticket for Town of Busti Court. Miller is expected to appear in court on a later date to address the charges.
