(WNY News Now) – A 29-year-old Jamestown resident was charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd following a disturbance at the Wine Cellar on 309 N Main St on 1/25/24.

Jamestown, NY – In the early hours of 1/25/24, Roberto E. Cordero, a 29-year-old Jamestown resident, was charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd following a disturbance at the Wine Cellar on 309 N Main St.

Responding to a reported altercation, Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd platoon arrived at the scene, where Cordero was found engaging in a physical confrontation with customers. The investigation revealed that Cordero had entered the establishment despite being previously escorted out and warned not to return. Taken into custody without further incident, Cordero was transported to Jamestown City Jail and charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd. He was later released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
