(WNY News Now) – A 34-year-old Jamestown resident has been apprehended and charged with Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree after allegedly entering a North Side residence without permission.

In the early hours of 1/27/24, Third Platoon officers responded to a report of a suspicious person on the North Side. A female victim reported an unknown male intruder in her residence at around 03:04 AM. Swiftly responding, officers canvassed the area and, shortly thereafter, located and identified Jeffrey L. Buchanan several blocks away.

Without incident, Buchanan was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail. He now faces charges of Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
