(WNY News Now) – An Olean, New York, woman pleaded not guilty to charges of Burglary in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny related to an incident in the Town of Hinsdale on or about June 30, 2023.

The defendant, Tonya Hadsell entered her plea in response to an indictment accusing her of unlawfully entering a building in Hinsdale with intent to commit a crime and stealing property. The charges include Burglary in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny. The incident dates back to June 30, 2023. Hadsell, of Olean, New York, faces legal proceedings, and the case has been adjourned for motions.
