(WNY News Now) – A 37-year-old Jamestown resident faces charges of Harassment 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree following an incident on 1/28/2024 at 7:37 PM on the East Side.

On the aforementioned date and time, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s 2nd Platoon responded to a harassment complaint. During an argument, Joshua C. Warner allegedly threatened the victim, prompting the police intervention. Warner was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Court, where he is currently held pending arraignment.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Warner, while in custody, was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. Consequently, he faces charges of Harassment 2nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

The case is set to proceed in Jamestown City Court.
